FAANG==JEE || FAANG!=JEE ??

After one rat race (JEE) 🐀
I have successfully entered the next one (College Placements) 🐀

As I have interacted with many people placed in decent companies (thanks to LinkedIn) 🤞🏻
I have observed that competition was not tough back then, and they have agreed to that as well.😐

Students have searched for “JEE in X months”
now it has changed to “FAANG in x months” 🤷‍♂️

There were roadmaps for IIT,
now there are roadmaps for Placements.😐

Students were asking which books to do for JEE
now, they are asking which coding platform to use 🤷‍♂️

JEE coaching was prevalent since years and edtech gave it a boost
Coding courses have increased 10x in just couple of years 😕

I am not blaming anyone.
Everyone have good intentions while making Roadmaps or courses, but I am curious where are we heading to ?

codechef 5 ⭐ would be the new normal, just like HC Verma ? 🙂

Leetcode 600 problems will become like coaching sheets ? 🙂

Just like how we destroyed the essence of true science because of JEE,
Aren’t we destroying true essence of programming because of placements ? 🙄

It’s just a question, I am curious about it 😅
